not sure what you mean by "pre-printed" i print my shipping through endicia and it does have a tracking number and it does get scanned. in may when they made tracking free my postage cost actually...

So far it is working fine and it does not cost any more than the old method on the USPS site.RobinPS It was a dumb idea to change the site.
